This quest has a pre-requisite quest chain.

- Given by Marvon Rivetseek in Tanaris. For this one you need to click on the serpent statues inside the dungeon in a specific order:
- South
- North
- Southwest
- Southeast
- Northwest
- Northeast
After you clicked on the statues in the correct order, a big altar will appear in the water below along with a miniboss guardian. Kill it and then click on the altar to get your reward.
Before you can pickup this one, you need to unlock it (see above).
Reward items:
- [52D] Zapper Fuel

- Given by Liv Rizzlefix in The Barrens, Ratchet. Collect 5 Atal'ai Hazes from any Deep Lurkers, Murk Worms, or Oozes inside the dungeon.
This quest has 2 pre-requisite quests. The first is [52] Larion and Muigin from Larion in Un'Goro Crater. You have to kill several types of Bloodpetals. Once you turn it in you can get [52] Marvon's Workshop which will sent you to Ratchet.
- [53D] Jammal'an the Prophet

- Given by Atal'ai Exile in the Hinterlands (33,75). For this one you have to kill Jammal'an and take his head. In order to get to him, you have to clear out his protectors. There are a series of 6 undead trolls (ghosts) on balconies that you must kill first.
Reward items:
- [53D] The God Hakkar

- Given by Yeh'kinya in Tanaris. Go to the Avatar of Hakkar area in the dungeon (2 on the map). Use your Egg of Hakkar there, this will spawn several waves of mobs you have to kill. Among the mobs are Hakkari Bloodkeepers that drop Hakkari Blood. When all the mobs are down, use the blood on the 4 flames in the room. This will summon the Avatar of Hakkar that you need to complete the quest.
This quest has a quest-chain you have to complete before you can start this one. It's a quest-chain you started for Zul'Farrak if you've been to that dungeon before. After the Zul'Farrak quest [47D] The Prophecy of Mosh'aru, you have to bring the Ancient Egg to Yeh'kinya in Tanaris. And then you get this quest.
Reward items:
- [55D] The Essence of Eranikus

- Starts by Essence of Eranikus that drops from Eranikus inside the dungeon. Place the Essence in the font in the same room you find Eranikus in..
Reward items:
- [52D] Class Quest

For every class there is a class quest inside this dungeon and for everyone there are pre-requisites. I will not describe all quest in detail, but here is a list:
Map

- Atal'alarion
- Avatar of Hakkar
- Ogom the Wretched
- Jammal'an the Prophet
- Dreamscythe
- Weaver
- Morphaz
- Hazzas
- Shade of Eranikus
(E = Entrance)
Bosses, tactics and drops
- [49-50E] Atal'alarion
- To spawn him you have to activate the statues a floor higher in the right order:
- South
- North
- Southwest
- Southeast
- Northwest
- Northeast
Item drops:
- [48-49E] Avatar of Hakkar
- Taking down the Avatar of Hakkar is deceptively easy, although the event looks complicated. Someone with the egg or scroll must start the event; then the entire group should huddle up in the corner by one of the Eternal Flames.
There will be an elite Hakkari Bloodkeeper that spawns between each Eternal Flame you put out. Killing that Bloodkeeper will drop Hakkari Blood for someone to loot. Meanwhile non-elite serpents will also spawn and meander around the central circle where the Avatar of Hakkar is waiting to be freed. They will not attack unless aggroed, or the Bloodkeeper is near them when pulled. It's critical to stay in the corners, so you only have to fight the elite mobs, and the occasional serpent that aggros with it. As you put out each flame, run along the walls to the next flame. Periodically an elite dragonspawn will path in, and begin casting something on Hakkar. Pull them over to the group just like the Bloodkeepers, though nothing will assist them.
Your group can take their time like this, putting out each flame and resting/drinking as needed. Once there is only one flame left to put out and you have the last Hakkari Blood, then kill any remaining elites and spawn the Avatar of Hakkar. The serpents beneath him will aggro, but a quick burst of any form of Area Effect damage should quickly kill them. Then all that's left to do is kill the Avatar, who actually looks much deadlier than he is. He will Mind Control someone in the group periodically, but the duration is short, and he really doesn't have much health.
Item drops:
- [48-49E] Ogom the Wretched
- Ogom assists Jammal'an the Prophet (see below).
Item drops:
- [49-50E] Jammal'an the Prophet
- After clearing his entire room from every troll dead or alive, you may attack their leader and his undead minion Ogom alone. He is a combination of a priest and shaman, while his undead minion part warlock, part warrior.
During the fight, he yells "join us" and casts a resistible but indelible debuff on the strongest player that is not on the top of the aggro list. This ability does nothing but once it disappears, the player may turn into a muscular Troll berserker with +100% damage bonus. If a healer is afflicted, he will heal Jammal'an and his minion. If you have any form of humanoid crowd control, that would be the right time to use it.
Besides that, it's a simple fight; he will summon a totem called Earthbind Totem. The totem will root anyone near the totem in place for 3 secs. He will melee attack while his minion casts Shadow Bolts or aids Jammal'an with melee. The only problem once he yells: "Hakkar shall live again" he will start to spam Heal on himself until he has no mana left. If a priest is available or you have an affliction warlock, Mana Burn and Drain Mana him. As a shaman, he does not have that much mana.
Since Jammal'an's melee attack is nowhere near as damaging as his minion's Shadow Bolts, it is often a good plan to focus damage on the add first, interrupting Jammal'ans attempts to heal him. Ogom the Wretched does not have much health and can be dispatched quickly, allowing the rest of the fight to focus on Jammal'an and crowd-controlling the debuffed player.

Item drops:
He shares his loot with Hazzas, Dreamscythe and Weaver. See items below.
- [50E] Hazzas
- Kill him before you start fighting Eranikus. All dragons inside the dungeon will come and aid Eranikus.
The following list of loot is shared with Morphaz, Dreamscythe and Weaver.
Item drops:
- [50E] Shade of Eranikus
- Before you start, make sure you have killed all other dragonkin in the instance before fighting this boss. Otherwise, he will aggro all of them and wipe out your party.
The Shade of Eranikus is a sharp step up in difficulty from the other bosses. Eranikus has a strong melee attack that can make quick work of any non-tank class, so it's imperative that Eranikus be on a tank at all times. This is complicated by Eranikus' ability called Deep Slumber which is a twelve second stun (rather than a sleep effect despite it's name). While it is a magic effect, it also makes the target invulnerable to all spells and abilities. Having two tanks eases this fight tremendously as the off tank can simply taunt Eranikus whenever the main tank has Deep Slumber and hold him until the main tank is back in action. This can get complicated, however, as Eranikus also has a four second AoE stun similar to War Stomp which he uses on a separate timer from Deep Slumber. Eranikus will still attack anyone hit with this War Stomp, but if the off tank is stunned before he can take over during a Deep Slumber, things can turn ugly, and the rest of the group should take whatever measures are necessary to control Eranikus (e.g. Blessing of Protection, Ice Block, etc.) until a tank becomes available. A shaman is also a tremendous asset to this fight when using Grounding Totem. Deep Slumber can and will be intercepted by the totem, and since Deep Slumber is the only non-AoE spell that Eranikus uses, Grounding Totem will effectively "tank" the Deep Slumber for the entirety of the fight, making it a simple Tank and Spank.
The Shade of Eranikus has a knockback attack that can send a player flying. If the maintank runs straight past Eranikus to stand with his back against the back wall, this can be nullified, yet care must be taken that the knockback does not put the player with aggro up on the ledge around the wall. This will put the player out of range of any of Eranikus' attacks, forcing him to enter an auto-evade mode and regenerate health at a huge rate. If a player is knocked up onto the wall, they must drop to the ground immediately or risk having to restart the fight.
