Story
From Blizzard's Official site:
Protected by the fierce Maraudine centaur, Maraudon is one of the most sacred sites within Desolace. The great temple/cavern is the burial place of Zaetar, one of two immortal sons born to the demigod, Cenarius. Legend holds that Zaetar and the earth elemental princess, Theradras, sired the misbegotten centaur race. It is said that upon their emergence, the barbaric centaur turned on their father and killed him. Some believe that Theradras, in her grief, trapped Zaetar's spirit within the winding cavern - used its energies for some malign purpose. The subterranean tunnels are populated by the vicious, long-dead ghosts of the Centaur Khans, as well as Theradras' own raging, elemental minions.

With the Filled Cerulean Vial you have to heal 8 Noxxious Scions. You can do this by using the filled vail on plants. The plants have thick green stems topped with a dark, orange-red top. They're near the walls, usually in rooms, and are pretty large, about the size of a gnome. They are located in the "orange" section of the instance, between the orange entrance and where the instance dumps out to the waterfall area.

- [48D] The Pariah's Instructions

- Given by Centaur Pariah in Desolace. At the entrance of the dungeon you have to defeat the Nameless Prophet, he will drop Amulet of Spirits. Then in different parts of the dungeon you have to find the five centaur Khans and use the amulet on them. Then you can kill them en loot a gem. The Khans can be found in these areas:

- Purple instance = 4th
- Orange instance = 5th
If you do everything else, you'll find all of them.

The Celebrian Diamond drops of Lord Vyletongue. The Celebrian Rod drops of Noxxion.
- [49D] The Scepter of Celebras

- Given by Celebras the Redeemed inside the dungeon. This is an easy quest. Just talk to the guy and wait for him to finish the scepter. The pre-requisite for this one is [49D] Legends of Maraudon (see above).

Bosses, tactics and drops
- [41E] The Nameless Prophet
- Easy guy to kill. He drops drop the Amulet of Spirits needed for [48D] The Pariah's Instructions.
- [43E] Kolk
- He is the first Kahn. He manifests when the Amulet of Spirits is used on the Spirit of Kolk. He will drop the Gem of the First Kahn that you can insert into the Amulet of Spirits for [48D] The Pariah's Instructions. Again a easy guy to kill.
- [41-42E] Gelk
- He is the second Kahn. He manifests when the Amulet of Spirits is used on the Spirit of Gelk. He will drop the Gem of the Second Kahn that you can insert into the Amulet of Spirits for [48D] The Pariah's Instructions. And I will say this a lot for this dungeon: Easy guy to kill.
- [43E] Magra
- He is the third Kahn. He manifests when the Amulet of Spirits is used on the Spirit of Magra. He will drop the Gem of the Third Kahn that you can insert into the Amulet of Spirits for [48D] The Pariah's Instructions. And eh... Easy guy to kill.
- [44E] Veng
- He is the fifth Kahn. He manifests when the Amulet of Spirits is used on the Spirit of Veng. He will drop the Gem of the Fifth Kahn that you can insert into the Amulet of Spirits for [48D] The Pariah's Instructions.
- [46E] Noxxion
- Ok, now it's getting more interesting. Noxxion only does nature damage, so plate or mail armor does not help. He will primarily attack with slam attacks for about 500 nature damage. In addition to that, he has a number of other abilities:
Uppercut that will knock you back a short distance and cause damage, Toxic Volley that deals around 300 nature damage initially. It continues to tick about 3 times after that for 14-28 nature damage. Finaly it uses Spawns; Periodically, he will disappear and spawn 5 Noxxion's Spawns. These smaller elementals attack for roughly 100 nature damage. Despite the fact that he is a poison/nature elemental, he is not immune to nature attacks or poisons.
Item drops:
- [46E] Razorlash
- Razorlash is fast and easy to kill. All its attacks are physical, and the only real thing you should worry about is its Bleed attack.
Item drops:
- [44E] Maraudos
- He is the fourth Kahn. He manifests when the Amulet of Spirits is used on the Spirit of Maraudos. He will drop the Gem of the Fourth Kahn that you can insert into the Amulet of Spirits for [48D] The Pariah's Instructions. Again easy.
- [44E] Lord Vyletongue
- He is guarded by four stealthed Putridus Shadowstalkers, two in the doorway, and two in the room with him. The two in the doorway can be pulled without aggroing Vyletongue, but he is linked with the two in his room. He has a bow so close in on him quickly.
After killing him don't forget to pickup the Celebrian Diamond for [49D] Legends of Maraudon.
Item drops:
- [46E] Meshlok the Harvester
- He's not that hard. If he's there you can find him at the end of the purple section, near where it converges with the orange section at the Poison Falls.
Item drops:
- [45-46E] Celebras the Cursed
- Celebras is guarded by three non-elite Corrupt Forces of Nature. He will summon more during the fight, but his casting can be interrupted. When you defeat him, Celebras the Redeemed will spawn in his place.
Pick up the Celebrian Rod for [49D] Legends of Maraudon.
Then get and finish the followup quest [49D] The Scepter of Celebras. For this last one you will get a scepter and with this scepter you can teleport your party to the center of the dungeon. This can come in handy when you want to return to the dungeon.
Item drops:
- [48E] Landslide
- This is the first boss of inner Maraudon. Landslide summons tiny Rock Elementals to help him, it is easiest to ignore them and focus on killing Landslide. When Landslide has fallen, so too will his minions.
Item drops:
- [48E] Tinkerer Gizlock
- He can use a goblin dragon gun during the fight. This is a channeled effect, so you can back away from him and he won't follow you while he's breathing fire. Tinkerer Gizlock can now throw Flash Bombs to.
Item drops:
- [48E] Rotgrip
- Rotgrip has an ability called Puncture, he applies a DoT that does increased physical damage everytime it stacks.
Item drops:
- [48E] Princess Theradras
- She fears and has a knockback which throws whoever has aggro roughly 20-30 yards. Also, she occasionally slams the ground which send out waves dealing about 150 damage (for each wave) and knocking everyone down for several seconds, so you must keep her away from casters or their spells will be interrupted during this AoE knockback. If you have a priest, put Fear Wards on your tank. Anyone that does not need to be in melee should be at max range.
Item drops:
